Preparation for one serving: Pour 4 tablespoon of Chufli in about 100 ml of hot or cold water, add a ripe banana to soften, and it's ready.
Barley organic Demeter quality is carefully roasted, ground finely to thereby obtain a delicate flavor reminiscent of malt coffee. The high fiber tigernut brings a delicious natural sweetness. Chufli Tibet has a mild nutty flavor. Plums and dates provide bodied fruity flavor. Chufli Basic is ideal for breakfast or dinner, as a snack or hiking.
