Sophia Goth (Amar Dev Kaur) discovered Kundalini Yoga at Yoga West, Los Angeles in 1993, when she met her teacher Guru Singh. Sophia is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga student and teacher, who has spent the last 15 years inspiring and uplifting people through the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
