Ingredients:
Spice tea (water, cinnamon Cassia*, cardamom*, ginger*, cloves*, black pepper*), raw cane sugar*, citric acid*. *= organic ingredients.
Preparation:
Yogi Chai is usually mixed with milk or even fruit juice which will give you a rich and delicious beverage, which can either be enjoyed hot or cold. Tetra Pak 1 liter, gives you about 2 - 3 liters of beverage.

HOT DRINKS:
YOGICCINO: 500ml Chai, 500ml Milk.
Prepare like a traditional cappuccino with steamed milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serves 5.
CHAICCINO: 500ml Chai, 500ml Milk, 2 Tsp Instant Coffee (or Coffee Substitute)
Heat the Chai and milk. Add the instant coffee powder and stir. Serve topped with whipped cream. Serves 5.
CHAI CHOCO CREAM: 500ml Chai, 500ml Chocolate Milk, 200ml Cream.
Combine the ingredients and heat. Alternatively, heat the Chai with the chocolate milk then top with whipped cream. Serves 6.
CHAI PUNCH: 500ml Chai, 500ml Rice Milk, 500ml Elderberry Punch (250ml Elderberry Juice, 8ml Apple Juice, 8ml Orange Juice, 8ml Blackcurrant Juice, 4 Tsp sugar or honey, pinch ground cloves).
Simply combine the ingredients and heat. Serves 7.
COLD DRINKS:
VANILLA DATE SHAKE: 500ml Chai, 500ml Vanilla Ice Cream, 6 Dates.
Put the chai and the dates in a blender until smooth. Add the ice cream until you get a creamy consistency. Also try experimenting with your own favourite ice cream flavours. Serves 5.
ORIENTAL CHAI: 500ml Chai, 500ml Milk, 5 figs.
Put all the ingredients in a blender until the figs are fully mixed in. Serves 5.
CHAI LASSI: 500ml Chai, 500ml Yoghurt, Organic Sugar.
Simply mix Chai and yoghurt in a blender. Add sugar to taste. Serves 5.
COOL CHAI: 500ml Chai, 500ml Coca Cola (caffeine free), 200ml Cream, Teaspoon Cardamom.
Combine the ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Serves 6.
BANANA CHAI: 500ml Chai, 500ml Milk, 1 Banana.
Mix the ingredients together and blend until smooth. Serves 5.
