Yoga exercises, Asanas or exercises of all kinds, being performed whilst sitting and especially whilst laying down, can be rather harmful and uncomfortable when being done on a hard ground. Here, the right yoga mat is needed to support your body as well as isolate it, so its warmth is being contained and your feel comfortable during the exercises.
The most suitable material that nature can give us is pure wool, since it is providing as well isolating as naturally breathing and moistness-exchanging properties. Wool is also naturally resistant against dirt, it is solid and durable for many years.
Our natural Yoga Mat Natural Latex is handmade and consist of three different parts:
- A Surface layer made of pure, soft and highest quality Merino wool with ecotex-standard 100 certification.
- A filling with woollen fleece of ca. 400 g/square meter
- An anti-slippery underside made of a solid cotton fleece, coated with natural latex.
Used raw materials:
39 % pure Merino-wool
34 % pure woollen fleece
26 % pure cotton fleece
1 % Natural latex
All our natural yoga mats are fully and roundly edged and quality-handcrafted, so they will serve you for many years. With handy ribbon to roll-up the mats. Woollen surface washable by hand.
