Surrendering of this data by the user is happening explicitly on a voluntary basis. Any order for our products without this data in not possible. The data is not tranfered to thirds.
As most of the internet shopsystems today, our shopsystem needs so-called "Cookies". Cookies are small textfiles which are copied onto your harddisk by our shopsystem. These files contain for example information about the contents of your current order ("Warenkorb"), or whether you are visiting our website for the first time, etc. In case you have programmed your Browser to block Cookies, our "Shopping Cart" will not function. Encoding
Our entire shop is 128-Bit-SSL-encoded. To spy out your data by thirds is therefore highly impossible. However, many older Browsers do not support this 128-Bit encoding. Therefore we recommend you to use a Browser with 128-Bit encoding, if possible.
In most of the Browsers, the status of encoding is indicated by a little symbol (a small "lock" for example). By these symbols, you can check out easily whether everything is in order - here are some options:
 You are on a non-encoded site, or your Browser does not "understand" the code.
 You are visiting a site which contains encoded plus non-encoded information, or the loading process of an encoded site has not yet been accomplished.
 You are visiting an encoded site, all is OK.
