Instructions for use: The traditional ayurvedic Garshan-massage is being applied for approx. 3 - 4 minutes daily. It enhances the blood circulation and removes old skin and left overs from the upper part of the tissue.
Natural silk is ideal for any treatment of the skin, because it creates a very gentle effect rather than damaging the skin. After the treatment, the skin is very receptive for any further treatments with oils, lotions or creames. For this, chose those products which are most suitable for your type.
